Information we receive
When you request a Problem Review, we may receive your name, email address, business name, website or store URL, problem details, preferred contact method, and any optional file you choose to attach.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review enquiries, understand the requested support, respond to you, and help prevent misuse of the form. We do not sell information submitted through the form.
Service providers
Brevo processes the transactional email used to deliver your enquiry and any valid attachment to SmartBizTools support. Its handling of that information is also governed by its own privacy and security practices.
Analytics
Where Google Analytics is configured, SmartBizTools measures page views and limited interactions such as support-link clicks and successful Problem Review submissions. Form content, names, email addresses, attachments, and raw client identifiers are not sent as custom analytics parameters. Analytics and advertising storage default to denied, and advertising signals and personalization are disabled. Google may still receive limited technical and usage information through cookieless measurement. This setup should be reviewed against the consent requirements that apply to the production audience before launch.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate, respond to, document, and protect the related business communication. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@smartbiztoolls.com. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for security, record-keeping, or legal obligations.
