Enquiries and agreements

Submitting a Problem Review is an enquiry and does not automatically create a service contract. Scope, price, timing, deliverables, payment stages, third-party costs, and intellectual property treatment must be agreed separately in an accepted proposal or agreement. Final launch, transfer, or handover may depend on completion of the agreed payment terms.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and lawful, appropriately authorized access to relevant systems. Backups, test environments, approvals, or other safeguards may be required before work begins.

Third-party systems and results

Results can depend on access, existing system condition, and third-party platforms, providers, APIs, policies, and service availability. SmartBizTools does not promise unsupported or guaranteed outcomes, and material dependencies will be addressed in the agreed scope where practical.

Responsibility and limitations

Any warranties, remedies, and reasonable limits of responsibility for paid work are defined in the applicable accepted proposal or agreement. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
